As Director of Product development Luke will be responsible and accountable for the development of new products.

After spending a year working at a local College in a department for students with moderate and severe learning difficulties, Luke completed his Initial Teacher Training Degree in Primary Education in Cardiff, Wales.
Luke's first teaching job was in a Secondary Behavioral, Emotional and Social Difficulties School - during this time he saw how the implementation of positive role models and bespoke education can impact the community.
This experience allowed him developed a real passion for working with vulnerable children at risk of exploitation and incarceration.
Luke was recognised as an OfSTED Outstanding Teacher, Deputy Headteacher where he appeared on Teachers TV showcasing how 'Stop-Start animation' was a Dyslexia Friendly method of recording! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opTom2UiNFE
Luke used his experience to support Alternative Provision for a variety of; exclusion, SEN, and PRU departments within the Local Authority.
The tuition centre Luke set up regularly works with excluded students and those children at risk of exclusion. Luke has a Level 3 in Safeguarding and has been Designated Safeguarding Lead up until recently.

David has a range of experience in the study and application of science and technology.
David will be responsible for:

David has a range of Sales and Marketing experience across a number of industries.
Using government published health statistics to develop health outcomes and tooling to illustrate the value of pharmaceutical products.
Whilst working in pharmaceutical sales, David effectively targeted customers through the use of internal and external datasets by segmenting customers by ease of access, decision making power and role in the total patient journey.
Application of technology – Throughout his career David has always used technology to his advantage. Weather it be developing and project managing bespoke sales and outcomes tools (delivered through Excel/VBA & webtools) or the applications of machine learning to improve member outcomes, David has a wide range of skills centred on the end user centred on the empathetic application of technology.
Project management – David has project managed a number of successful projects including; launching a GP system audit tool, new product launches, and data science projects.
Focus on outcomes – During his career, which includes biotechnology, pharma, and retail banking, David has understood the importance of why. Creating evidence from nutritional modelling to identifying outcomes and key results for customer experience programmes. He will apply this experience along with a scientific approach to create evidence supporting this project.
